How does the RFP process work?

An individual or company submits a RFP to the efloridabusiness.com RFP Center. If the RFP is approved, it is posted anonymously in the RFP Center. Florida companies interested in bidding or submitting proposals can correspond anonymously with the prospective client. If the client is interested in receiving a proposal or getting more information from a Florida company/service provider, the full RFP and contact information is emailed to the company.

How do I submit a RFP?

Select the Submit a RFP option in the RFP Center. Complete the RFP Information and upload your full RFP. RFP listings must be anonymous- do not include contact information in the project description. RFPs with contact information in the project description will be rejected. The efloridabusiness.com staff will review your RFP information and will post it in the RFP Center upon approval.

How do I respond to a RFP?

If you are interested in replying to a RFP listing, click the I am Interested button, you can email a message/description to the prospective client. The initial contact with the potential client must be anonymous. Do not include contact information in your message/description - those responses including contact information will be rejected. Prospective clients interested in doing business with you will email their full RFP and contact information.
