Companies or individuals looking to contract services from Florida companies can submit a Request for Proposal by clicking on Submit a RFP in the RFP Center. You are required to complete the RFP Information section and upload your full RFP. RFP listings must be anonymous - please do not include contact information in the project description. RFPs containing contact information in the project description will be rejected. The efloridabusiness.com staff will review your RFP and will post it in the RFP Center upon approval.
Florida companies interested in submitting a proposal to prospective clients can reply to RFPs by clicking on I Am Interested in the RFP Detail section. The initial contact with the prospective client must be anonymous - do not include contact information in the message/description box. If the client is interested in your response, you will receive an email notification including the prospective client's contact information and full RFP.
You will receive an e-mail notification every time that a Florida company replies to your RFP. To manage your account, click on My Account > View My RFPs. To access RFP responses from prospective providers, click on RFP ID #. You can view the company's name, company's profile, contact person and email. After reviewing the response, you can choose to Accept or Decline the offer. If you choose to Accept, your full RFP and contact information will be emailed to the company.
